We don’t really have customer comment cards, but I got one by email today.  I want to share it with you here, not to brag on me.  Rather, I want to offer you the same encouragement and hope that it brought to me.  Here’s what it said:

Thanks so much for your pastoral word this morning.  I was so pleased to learn last week that you are a pastor and God’s man.  The sense of peace and purpose I feel at Cadence, makes a little more sense to me now, as it could not simply be explained by the wonderful mood and decor of the place.

If you are a follower of Christ, no matter where you work or what you do you can speak a word of encouragement into someone else’s life.  This particular customer asked me today, “So Pastor, got a good word for me?” To which I simply replied “God is good!” “Yes He Is” they replied.  We continued for a minute or two talking about other things pertaining to life and faith, but all in all it was a short conversation.

It doesn’t take a lot, so try it.  Share a good word with somebody today
