Some of my favorite conversations are the collaborative ones, the ones when i get to talk to someone about working together. I’ve had a lot of those. Some of them are dead ends. Some folks want to collaborate until they realize you can’t deliver huge returns. Some talk about doing something and then they never deliver. But today I talked with another business owner who’s looking to hire people looking for a job. The pay rate is good. His is a company of a high ethic and integrity.
