Overwhelmed. . . in a good way!

By the time this week is over I will have worked the better part of 70 hours. Ive slept less, stood longer and consumed my body weight in coffee – and I’m overwhelmed.  No, no, not because of the afore mentioned realities.
I’m overwhelmed at what I have witnessed God do in the last week. I have watched the church of Acts come to life, when one was in need a brother or sister has stepped up to help.
I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the people who have stepped up beside my wife an I, to say, “We believe in your dream!!”
I’ve watched God answer prayers for provision and miracles before my very eyes.
I’ve watched enemies be silenced and naysayers be confounded.
I’m overwhelmed by the hand of God at work all around me.
I am overwhelmed at the thought that I am part of something far bigger and more powerful than I am or could ever hope to be- His Kingdom.
I am overwhelmed by God and I’m okay with that.   May I never cease to be overwhelmed, and  I wish the same for you.

  1. Ask and it shall be given you; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you. For every one that asks receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it shall be opened.
