B E H I N D / T H E / B A R

It’s been one of those nights where I wake up every little bit afraid I’m going to oversleep. I woke up at 1:22 this morning confident that I had missed my 5am alarm. I hadn’t. I got up milled around the house. Fell asleep for a little while on the couch waking up every little bit to check the time.

Nervous jitters? Nah.

Anticipation and excitement, really. Today I step back behind the bar of one of the best coffee shops in our city.

I’m looking forward to meeting new customers and hearing their stories. Im excited to work side by side with my wife for a couple of hours today. I think we’ll have fun together. She makes any day better.

I don’t have a clue what today holds, but I know who holds today. So to Him, and to you I say – Let’s Do This!!!!
